Where teleconsultations are offered, they are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Government of India.

By booking a video consultation, you acknowledge that:

• Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person examinations.
• Clinical decisions may be based on information provided by you.
• In-person evaluation may be advised if clinically necessary.

Renaliv reserves the right to decline or discontinue a teleconsultation if:

• The clinical condition requires physical examination,
• The case is beyond telemedicine scope, or
• There are safety concerns.

You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and a private environment during teleconsultation.

5. Dialysis Services Terms

Dialysis services are provided under nephrologist supervision and clinical protocols.

However:

• Clinical outcomes depend on multiple medical factors including underlying disease, comorbid conditions, and patient adherence.
• Dialysis does not cure kidney disease; it is a life-sustaining treatment.
• Emergency dialysis decisions are made based on medical assessment.

6. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
